Finexos’ AI-powered credit risk and analytics platform has been accepted into the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) Digital Sandbox. First piloted in 2020, the Digital Sandbox was conceived to support innovators and data providers at various stages of product development and stimulate beneficial innovation in the market. It enables innovative companies to develop and test their products in a safe and secure environment with support from the FCA. The creation of a permanent Digital Sandbox service was announced at the Innovate Finance Global Summit 2023.
The Digital Sandbox is a competitive program with a selection criteria of in scope, genuine innovation, consumer benefit, need for support and readiness. Innovative companies accepted into the program benefit from access to a wide range of data including payments & transactions data, investment data, Companies House data, consumer data including credit data, synthetic transaction data, plus access to academics and government bodies, and more.
